<p> 海尔智能厨电烟台工厂二期全自动玻璃智能生产线是海尔集团全资投资建设。系国内（厂内）第二条全自动厨电玻璃智能生产线。计划产能150万片/年。</p>
|
<p> 生产线主要由30多台套全自动化设备组成，通过MES生产管理系统调度生产线设备进行全自动生产，将原片玻璃从仓储-自动上线开始，经过冷加工的切-磨-钻-洗等流程加工，再辅以激光内切-高温丝印-钢化-低温二次丝印-覆膜-堆垛下线等工序一次成型，实现全流程智能无人化生产。</p>
